Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal discomfort
- Process and transport specimens to clinical laboratories maintaining chain of custody
- Verify patient identities and prepare samples for testing per protocol
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and infection control procedures

Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent credential
- 1+ years of clinical phlebotomy experience preferred
- Valid Michigan phlebotomy license
