Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone/telehealth patient assessments using evidence-based protocols
- Provide clinical guidance and health education to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with providers to determine appropriate care pathways and interventions
- Document accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage patient flow and prioritize urgent cases through triage algorithms
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (CO)
- 3+ years emergency/urgent care or telehealth experience
- BLS/ACLS certification with current credentials
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills across diverse populations
