Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Provide accurate triage recommendations based on clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists for complex cases
- Document patient encounters precisely in Epic EHR system
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Participate in after-hours rotation for emergency triage coverage
- Contribute to continuous improvement of triage protocols
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota RN license (required)
- Minimum 3 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification (current)
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (Zoom for Healthcare preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written communication abilities for documentation
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
