Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Prioritize and triage urgent/emergency cases using clinical judgment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams via secure digital channels
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients on healthcare resources and self-care protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards in all digital interactions
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 3 years triage/ER experience
- BSN or higher preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Exceptional critical thinking and assessment skills
- Strong digital communication abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR systems
