Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth patient assessments and prioritize care based on medical urgency
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and transitions
- Provide clear, empathetic health education to patients and families
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance monitoring
- Support on-site triage duties during peak periods or as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (CA)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including triage/urgent care
- BLS/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Experience with remote healthcare technologies preferred
