Responsibilities
- Provide virtual clinical support including patient intake, symptom assessment, and medication reconciliation
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and facilitate seamless patient-provider communication
- Assist in developing personalized care plans based on digital health data
- Handle administrative tasks including billing codes, insurance verification, and documentation

Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
