- Verify patient eligibility and benefits for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans

- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient data confidentiality
- Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to AR leadership
- Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve coding discrepancies
- Generate monthly reports on key performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
- Expert knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare billing regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
