Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescription orders via digital platforms
- Provide exceptional telepharmacy consultation to patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) and inventory systems
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure medication safety and compliance
- Coordinate prescription fulfillment with local pharmacy partners
- Deliver patient education on medication usage and side effects
- Adhere to all DEA, HIPAA, and state pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience with remote/hybrid background preferred
- Proficient in pharmacy software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell, Rx30)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet and dedicated home workspace required
- Valid DEA registration and clean background check
