Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures with precision and patient comfort
- Process and transport specimens while maintaining strict chain-of-custody protocols
- Document patient information and lab results using our HIPAA-compliant digital systems
- Collaborate with remote medical teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination
- Train patients on pre-test preparation and post-collection care

Qualifications
- Current Oregon Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
