Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments using telehealth platforms to determine urgency of care needs
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop appropriate treatment plans and care pathways
- Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Provide patient education and resource navigation for chronic conditions and acute health concerns
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives for telehealth services
- Manage high-volume triage cases efficiently during peak hours
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in Minnesota
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with emergency/urgent care background
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual care technologies
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated crisis management experience
