Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone/video consultations and prioritize care urgency
- Provide accurate medical advice and treatment protocols within established guidelines
- Coordinate care with local providers and emergency services when necessary
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Support health education for patients and families
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Triage certification or equivalent experience
- Exceptional assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong communication abilities in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- BSN or higher preferred
