Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Provide clinical guidance and prioritize care for urgent/non-urgent cases
- Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans
- Document encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Manage patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- 3+ years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Strong EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
