Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments to determine patient acuity and prioritize care needs
- Provide evidence-based clinical guidance to patients via phone/video consultations
- Collaborate with providers to develop safe discharge plans and care coordination
- Document encounters accurately in EMR systems following regulatory standards
- Manage emergency protocols and escalate critical cases appropriately
- Maintain quality metrics through continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (compact license preferred)
- 3+ years clinical experience with emergency/urgent care background
- BSN or higher degree (MSN candidates strongly encouraged)
- Strong proficiency in telehealth technology and EMR systems
- BLS/ACLS certification with current renewal status
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
