Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient histories, assessments, and care plans accurately and timely.
- Provide health education to patients and families regarding disease prevention and wellness.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle critical situations calmly.
- Commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
