Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through comprehensive physical examinations and health histories.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with weekend shift experience highly valued.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
