Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic product vision for our upcoming flagship release, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance system architectures capable of supporting millions of concurrent users in a decentralized environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D, UX Design, and Engineering teams to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, AR, Quantum Readiness) to determine their viability for integration into the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across the organization.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and lead initiatives to optimize latency, throughput, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product architecture, system design, or a similar senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps for major releases and successfully delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical strategies to diverse audiences, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate technical debt.
