Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design system architectures that are resilient against future technological shifts, focusing on scalability and security for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Spearhead R&D projects focused on integrating emerging AI models into core business workflows.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision and roadmap for the company's evolution over the next two years.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and architect migration paths to high-performance, event-driven architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or lead engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and implement adaptive technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Predictive Analytics).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale solutions on time and within budget.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
