Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-availability systems ready for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to microservices architectures, ensuring zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI researchers and frontend engineers to integrate predictive models into core workflows.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality across distributed teams.
- Perform rigorous load testing and security audits to fortify infrastructure against emerging threats.
- Drive technical decision-making processes, balancing speed of delivery with long-term stability.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of designing scalable solutions that handle millions of requests per second.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps pipelines is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
