We are seeking a visionary Senior 2026 Roadmap Architect to lead our strategic technology planning. As we look toward the future, your role will be pivotal in defining the technological trajectory of our organization through the year 2026 and beyond. You will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with emerging market trends and future innovations.
In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and executive leadership, to build a robust, scalable, and innovative roadmap. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy development for the company's technology roadmap through 2026, identifying key growth areas and innovation opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) to inform strategic decisions.
- Define and maintain the long-term product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to assess technical feasibility and resource allocation for future projects.
- Present roadmap reviews to executive stakeholders, articulating the strategic value and timeline of key initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the technology department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or technical architecture, with a focus on long-term planning.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing technology roadmaps for complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
