Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, UX) to ensure the seamless integration of futuristic technologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological advancement and shifting market dynamics.
- Drive innovation workshops to foster a culture of forward-thinking and problem-solving.
- Oversee the pilot programs for 2026 technologies, from conceptualization to full-scale deployment.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, AI engineering, or strategic consulting, with a focus on future-tech.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives that required long-term strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment where adaptability is key.
