Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning business objectives with technical feasibility.
- Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and risk assessments for emerging technologies and architectural shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to define architectural standards and best practices.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
- Mentor junior architects and team leads, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving engineering culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic planning, or product management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Microservices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends into actionable technical strategies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
