Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the comprehensive strategic roadmap for Nexus Future Systems leading up to and through 2026, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives and agile teams to deliver strategic projects on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all departments.
- Performance Optimization: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Innovation Cultivation: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting for disruptive technologies and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting within a high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term while executing short-term tactical wins.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional relationships.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, SaaS, Cloud Computing).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
