Responsibilities
- Roadmap Development: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to identify strategic opportunities for the company.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural frameworks for future product releases.
- Proof of Concepts: Lead and validate technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) for experimental technologies to ensure feasibility.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and executive leadership to communicate technical visions.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select partnerships with technology providers for next-gen hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior architects.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges with a focus on long-term sustainability.
