Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product cycle, aligning with business objectives.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the design of complex, scalable systems ensuring high availability and security standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to prioritize features and resolve technical debt.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external technology partners and third-party services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker/K8s).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams through complex delivery cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI/ML integration and Edge Computing.
