Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using WebGL, HTML5 Canvas, and SVG.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps performance on both mobile and desktop devices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex visual requirements into efficient code.
- Debug and resolve complex graphical artifacts, memory leaks, and rendering issues.
- Stay current with emerging web graphics standards and implement best practices for accessibility and performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphics programming (WebGL, Canvas, or OpenGL).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Deep understanding of GLSL shaders and 2D math concepts (matrices, vectors).
- Experience with physics engines (Matter.js, Box2D) or animation libraries is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
