Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions for web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and engineers to translate complex data into engaging visual narratives.
- Optimize animation assets for performance, ensuring 60fps playback across all devices and network conditions.
- Develop reusable component libraries and style guides to maintain visual consistency.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, articulating the strategic value of motion design.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D animation, WebGL, and interaction design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, motion graphics, or interaction design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong command of JavaScript animation libraries such as GSAP, GreenSock, or Framer Motion.
- Experience with 2D vector animation techniques and HTML5 Canvas.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D motion work and responsive design.
