Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior 2D Motion Designer to join our award-winning creative team in the heart of New York City. You will be responsible for translating complex concepts into fluid, engaging, and high-performance motion graphics that drive user engagement.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, web, and social media.
- Create storyboards, sketches, and animatics to visualize concepts before production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Maintain and update our asset library with reusable motion templates and elements.
- Optimize video files for web performance and various output formats.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including flat design, character animation, and kinetic typography.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) or project management tools (e.g., Asana).
