Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for web and mobile interfaces using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure animations are performant, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create storyboards and visual mockups to communicate animation concepts before production.
- Optimize animation assets for various devices and screen sizes to ensure seamless performance.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on motion projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in motion design and motion capture technologies to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or a related creative field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles and technical skills.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, easing, and the principles of physics in animation.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Principle is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
