Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI 2.0 models and Agentic workflows.
- Lead the design of MLOps pipelines ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs at scale in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
