Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust multi-agent orchestration frameworks capable of handling complex, unstructured workflows.
- Optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure real-time, high-accuracy data synthesis.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate advanced AI concepts into scalable, production-ready software.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of agent autonomy, focusing on safety, alignment, and reliability.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Llama, Claude) and frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGPT.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
