Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design complex, multi-agent systems that can execute high-level tasks independently, integrating seamlessly with external APIs and data sources.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for specific agent behaviors, balancing performance, latency, and cost.
- Safety & Alignment: Implement robust safety protocols and alignment techniques to ensure agent outputs are ethical, unbiased, and reliable.
- System Integration: Build the middleware and orchestration layers that allow diverse AI agents to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Research & Prototyping: Conduct cutting-edge research to evaluate new techniques in reasoning, planning, and memory for AI agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML and LLM applications.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or LlamaIndex.
- Algorithmic Mastery: Strong understanding of probabilistic modeling, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect scalable systems that handle high concurrency and complex state management.
