Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems capable of processing billions of parameters in real-time.
- Research & Development: Lead cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to drive product innovation.
- Model Optimization: Reduce model complexity and latency through pruning, quantization, and efficient training strategies.
- Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Deployment: Oversee the full MLOps lifecycle, ensuring reliable CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex optimization problems and deploying models at scale.
