Role Overview:
As a Senior AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment. You will oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to inference optimization and deployment. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Design and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI agents for enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and evaluate emerging technologies for implementation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
