Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning, deployment, and optimization of AI models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and best practices to ensure AI fairness, transparency, and safety.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in deploying production-ready AI models and NLP applications.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
