Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge neural architectures and algorithms.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-volume processing in production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from conception to deployment.
