Responsibilities

- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, researching cutting-edge techniques to integrate into our core products.
- Model Optimization: Develop strategies to improve model inference speed, reduce latency, and optimize resource utilization on cloud and edge environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap and mentorship strategies to ensure the team meets aggressive development milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, non-trivial technical problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
