Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the design of our next-generation autonomous agent systems. As we approach 2026, the integration of Generative AI into core business logic is no longer a future concept—it is our present reality. At Nexus Horizon, we are building the infrastructure that will power the next decade of human-machine collaboration.
In this pivotal role, you will not just write code; you will define the architectural standards for scalable, ethical, and high-performance AI models. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure to deliver solutions that are robust, secure, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures tailored for large-scale deployment.
- Lead the architecture for Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) and Autonomous AI workflows.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers in cutting-edge AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art LLMs (Large Language Models) and multimodal models into production environments.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Spark) and high-performance computing clusters.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI principles.
