Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure that anticipates the computational demands of 2026 and beyond, utilizing microservices and containerization.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI division, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Optimize Performance: Spearhead the optimization of deep learning models to ensure low latency and high throughput in real-time applications.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate complex AI models into user-facing products.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and data privacy measures (GDPR/CCPA) to protect sensitive AI models and user data.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX; experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of system design patterns, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
