Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic vision, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and synthetic data generation.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into production pipelines.
- Establish comprehensive frameworks for AGI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading AI product launches from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
