Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for 2026 computing paradigms.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks to drive product innovation.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning models to ensure low latency and high throughput.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and trends to ensure our infrastructure remains relevant through the 2026 transition and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
