Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical strategy for our AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Lead the 'Horizon' Team: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to drive innovation in generative and predictive AI.
- Quantum-Ready Solutions: Oversee the integration of quantum computing principles into classical machine learning workflows.
- Technical Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, system architecture, and deployment pipelines (MLOps).
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-level executives and product stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is essential.
- Innovation: A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
