The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our core AI infrastructure. We are building systems that require not just current capability, but the foresight to handle the computational demands of the 2026 era. You will work directly with our CTO and engineering leadership to define the technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-velocity AI infrastructure optimized for 2026 computational standards and post-quantum security.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary neural network models and large-scale language systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and ethical AI practices across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize system latency and throughput to support real-time, high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable AI products to market and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
