Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive innovation in generative models, NLP, and computer vision to meet 2026 roadmap objectives.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to keep our stack future-proof.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
