Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models and neural networks.
- Drive the research and development of proprietary algorithms to optimize system efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical integrity of all deployed AI systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and set engineering standards for the 2026 project.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex product launches.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
