Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of Quantum Machine Learning (QML) algorithms and their integration into current deep learning frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for edge deployment and latency reduction.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Quantum Knowledge: Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or familiarity with quantum algorithms is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
