Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI and machine learning architectures aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and increase efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D: Conduct research to validate new algorithms and methodologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and neural network architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
