Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures tailored for 2026 workloads.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) ensuring low-latency inference and high accuracy.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical vision for our 2026 product suite.
- System Scalability: Oversee the infrastructure ensuring our AI systems can handle billions of transactions securely and efficiently.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deep Reinforcement Learning, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
