Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the development of proprietary machine learning models and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Research emerging trends in AI hardware acceleration and algorithmic efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and high-performance computing clusters.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
