Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI) and assess their potential for our platform.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex systems from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
