The Role:
You will be the technical lead responsible for designing robust AI systems that are resilient, scalable, and future-proof. You will guide the engineering team in implementing cutting-edge machine learning models that align with our ambitious 2026 roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-scale, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data ingestion.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring senior engineers.
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
